Q. How do I place an order?  What if I need it expedited?
A.   There are two ways an order can be placed:  Simply call Rhino's Customer Service Department and they can assist you with placing an order, or, you can download the Credit Card Order Form, and FAX it to us at 888-522-4343. If your order needs to be expedited, please include all information including shipping method (i.e. UPS Red Overnight, 2nd Day Air, etc.), and we will do our best to accommodate your request.  

Q. How do I find the price of a certain item?
 A. Call Rhino Customer Service Department – they will provide you with the on-line price list password.  Once you have the password, you will be able to obtain the most current pricing at any given time.

Q. What is the lead time on orders?
A. The general lead time on orders with custom art is usually around 2 weeks.  During peak season (April through September) lead times may be up to 3-4 weeks, depending on the product being ordered.  If you have a specific deadline, please contact our Customer Service Department.

Q.   How can I check on an order status?
A.  You will receive an order confirmation by FAX or email once Rhino has entered entered your order into the system.  The order confirmation will have an estimated ship date located on the upper right side of the page.  If you need to check the status closer to that ship date, please contact our Customer Service Department.

Q.  Is there a Rhino Distributor in my area?
A. Rhino has distributors all over the United States, please contact Rhino's Customer Service Department.
